Supporting Sacral Authority and Beyond With frequency art
When I first learned about Human Design, I felt so excited to finally understand not only myself, but also my husband and daughters. It gave me a deeper appreciation for our differences, strengths, and challenges and helped me have more compassion for myself and others. Now, I’m not an expert in Human Design, but I’m very curious about it! And have read a lot about it and listened to many experts on the subject. I find it fascinating how accurate the descriptions are of each personality profile. All you need to do to know your Human Design is have your birth date, time, and place, and plug them into an app like Align by Jenna Zoe (my favorite) or free websites that will break it all down for you.
In Human Design, I happen to be a generator with Sacral authority and a 3/5 profile. There are a lot more aspects to my chart, but for the purposes of this post, these are most relevant. It sounds super complicated, I know, but stick with me…
Being a generator means I must wait and respond to opportunities in life rather than initiating action.
I must make decisions instantly through my gut’s visceral yes or no sensations (this is where the sacral authority comes into play). And as a 3/5 profile, I learn through trial and error, testing what works and what doesn’t. Through this process, I build resilience from “failures” while being a natural problem-solver and innovator who challenges the status quo and offers practical, transformative solutions. So, it isn’t surprising that I make art that transmits healing and create programs that help people raise their frequency because I’m a 3/5. I’ve lived it and developed my work through what I’ve learned- so I can teach others to avoid my mistakes and grow faster and smarter.
My goal in creating frequency art is to raise the vibration of the people, pets, plants, and places where my work exists because that I believe when we heal ourselves, we heal the world. But I also create frequency art as a way to educate and inspire viewers and collectors to up-level their existence. To be intentional about the experiences they create in their lives. I use powdered earth minerals, smoke from herbs, mantras, tuning forks, and sacred geometry to align energy fields, clear blockages, balance chakras, and restore harmony across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies through meditation, visualization, intention and resonant forms.
Now, as we explore the connection between Human Design and frequency art, I’m seeing how my artwork acts as a vibrational tool to amplify and balance corresponding Human Design centers so you can embody your unique strategy and authority and live in greater alignment. Authentically. In this post, we are exploring the Sacral Authority.
A Simple Explanation of Human Design
Imagine Human Design as a modern blueprint of your unique energy system. It shows which parts of you have steady, built-in power (defined) and and which parts are more open and sensitive (undefined), where you might pick up energy from other people and the world around you. These centers influence how you feel, what you decide, how you communicate, and how you handle life’s pressures.
If you’ve read my posts before, you’ll notice I typically refer to the 7 main energy centers of the body, the chakras, and how my work interacts with them. The Chakra system is like an ancient energy map with seven main spinning wheels along your spine (the central channel of energy flow), from the Root at the base of the spine, all the way up to the Crown at the top of your head.
In Human Design, there are 9 Centers. From what I understand, these personal energy hubs are either consistently on for you or they are wide open and vulnerable to picking up energy from everyone around you. By understanding where your strategy and authority are, you can understand what energy is naturally yours and make decisions that feel right in your body, allowing you to move through life in a way that feels more like you. Aligned.
Chakras versus Energy Centers
There are common themes with chakras and energy centers, for instance when we talk about the Sacral chakra, this is where creativity, passion, life force, and sexual energy are stored. In Human Design, this is called the Sacral Center, where vital energy, response, and sustainability are stored. With Human Design, the solar plexus is the emotional center while the solar plexus chakra is about personal power and processing emotions. The root chakra is about grounding and survival while the Root center in Human Design is about stress, pressure, and getting things done. We are going to explore more of each energy center, in depth, in the coming posts, but since this is the first, I thought I’d give a broad explanation.
Frequency Art and Human Design
Where my frequency art comes into play with the energy centers of Human Design is the targeted vibrations they transmit through color, embedded crystal powders, Reiki, and sacred geometry, helping clear blockages, amplify defined centers, and providing consistent energy to undefined or open centers which are more susceptible to conditioning.
Frequency art supports your individual Human Design by acting like gentle, ongoing energy medicine hanging on your wall.
When you intentionally interact with the art, it quietly helps clear emotional or energetic blockages that might be slowing you down. It boosts and strengthens the centers that are already defined in your chart, amplifying your natural strengths. And the art gives steady, supportive energy to your open centers so they don’t get as drained or confused by the energy in the world that isn’t yours. It’s like having a beautiful, living tool that helps your energy system stay more balanced, clear, and aligned with who you really are, without having to DO anything but enjoy it in your space.
Supporting Sacral Authority with Sacral-Focused Frequency Art
Now, if you are a Generator (37% of the population) or a Manifesting Generator (33% of the population), the Sacral Authority relies on immediate gut responses of “yes” or “no” from the Sacral center, rather than the mind. Decisions must be made in the moment through visceral, bodily signals, not overthinking or external pressure. Unfortunately, most of us were never taught this because our parents and teachers were not aware of Human Design when we were growing up. So, most of us ignore our gut feelings which leads to frustration, burnout, and resentment from saying “Yes” when our Sacral really said, “No.”
Enter frequency art…

Ways to Support Your Sacral Center
Practice responding out loud to yes and no questions. Ask yourself questions like, “Should I go for a walk right now?” Then, see how it feels in your body when you hear the answer. Answer instantly without thinking about it. Do this daily and notice what happens.
Dance, walk, stretch, and do any physical activity that feels good. Movement wakes up Sacral life-force energy.
Follow your excitement in the moment. Instead of pushing through your to-do list (which I have a tendency to do), wait for an invitation from your environment to speak a response. When your Sacral lights up with enthusiasm, go for it!
Rest when your energy drops. The Sacral isn’t mean to run on sheer willpower. When you’d eel drained, stop and rest. And if your mind starts working up a guilt trip, remind yourself you are strengthening a new and very important energy center! Honor the “no” recharges so you have energy for the “yes” ones.
Meditate with a piece of frequency art while listening to 417Hz healing frequency music. This Solfeggio frequency is known for clearing negative energy, removing blockages like guilt or shame, restoring creative flow and emotional balance, inspiring sensuality, and boosting life-force vitality. I like to turn on healing frequency videos on YouTube or 417Hz playlists on Spotify and let them play in the background.
Start small. Even 5-10 minutes a day of noticing your gut responses will make a big difference.
By viewing or meditating with a piece of Sacral frequency art, you will notice your vibrational alignment rising, making Sacral responses clearer and stronger (meaning you will become more aware of your inner “yes” or “no”. In turn, you will feel more secure in your work, relationships, and opportunities. In other words, the voice of your soul will be louder.
When your environment vibrates at the frequency of your true design, living authentically becomes effortless.
