What is your body actually asking for?
You already sense that something is out of tune — the tight chest, the scattered mind, the ache you can't quite name. Frequency Finder listens for it. Answer a short, honest quiz and receive a personal reading across the seven Daily Healing Practices, matched with art, meditations, and rituals to bring your frequency back into alignment.
The Daily Healing Method
I created this method after my family's cancer journey, working as an art therapist in hospital settings, years of studio work as a frequency artist, and as a Reiki master and quantum healer — infusing paintings with reiki, sacred geometry, and 528 Hz so that healing could live quietly in a room, not just in a session. Seven practices, one for each energy center, form the rhythm underneath everything I make and teach.
